Built for dancers who want to keep growing.

Training Ground Dance Center is an adult dance community built around quality, intentional training—for dancers who want to challenge themselves, expand their versatility, and stay connected to why they love to dance.

TGDC welcomes dancers in every season of their training: young adults building confidence and experience, working dancers looking to stay sharp, teachers and coaches wanting space to train for themselves, and experienced dancers finding their way back to class.

Our classes balance strong technical foundations, thoughtful progressions, and performance-driven movement in an environment that is supportive without sacrificing the work. Dancers are encouraged to challenge themselves, make smart modifications, and train from where they are today.

You don’t need to be at your peak to belong here. You just need some prior training and a desire to keep growing.

Quality training. Real community. A place to keep becoming the dancer you want to be.

Lindsay Duus redinger - founder

TGDC was founded by Lindsay Duus Redinger, a lifelong dancer, choreographer, teacher, and mom who believes dancers deserve meaningful places to train throughout adulthood. She created TGDC so dancers can put in the work before the audition, stay ready for the class or opportunity they want to pursue, or simply move because they love it. It brings together the quality and intention of serious dance training with the supportive, welcoming community that keeps dancers coming back—not because they have to, but because they still love it.
